I’m a big fan of the Suikoden I & II HD Remasters. Gate Rune is a classic and Dunan Unification Wars keep giving me surprises even though I have played it loads. Excellent gameplay and graphics, they really went to town on these two remasters. Great job by the team.

I’m quite a novice gamer but following a recent job change I now spend a lot of time commuting so have treated myself to a Nintendo Switch. I bought Xenoblade Chronicles X: Definitive Edition and it’s so good. I can’t seem to stop playing it, to the point where I’m disappointed when the train finally gets to my stop as it means I really do have to stop playing!

Surely I’m not the only one with big love for The First Berserker: Khazan? It’s such a versatile game with so many twists and turns. I work in a highly stressful job and find it’s the perfect way to unwind and get rid of built up tension. Highly recommended game.

Xenoblade Chronicles X: Definitive Edition has got to be in the running for game of the year, it’s brilliant in every way. So addictive and also so many clever twists and turns to keep players genuinely interested. So impressive.

I’m a huge fan of Japanese RPG’s and Atelier Yumia: The Alchemist of Memories & the Envisioned Land is an absolute classic. It has an engaging storyline and the characters and gameplay keep you hooked right from the start. It’s probably my favourite from the whole Atelier series, but they’re all winners in my opinion.
